RETURN POLICY
Due to the fact that we do not own the merchandise, there is a high expense associated with the return of consigned items. In the event your item is defective, you may request a return for a store credit. If your request is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and may return the item(s). All store credits must be redeemed within 30 days of the return.
CONSIGNMENT POLICY
Lady Di’s Classy Exchange accepts only top quality and designer labels for a 90 day consignment period. Items must be current fashion in new or “like new” condition. Clothing must be freshly laundered, pressed and presented on hangers, or neatly folded in shopping bags. Items must be free of stains, snags, tears, missing buttons and labels, alterations, pet hair, and must be odor free. The consignor must attest to the authenticity and ownership of each item consigned. The selling of “knock-off” or counterfeit goods is illegal and will not be accepted. Lady Di’s Classy Exchange reserves the right to refuse any items not deemed suitable for resale.
There is a 15-piece clothing limit per appointment. After 60 days, items will be marked down by 50%. At the end of the contract period, all unsold and unclaimed merchandise will become the sole property of Lady Di’s Classy Exchange. If you wish to pick up items that did not sell, you are responsible for picking up those items before the contract expiration date and paying a handling fee of $1.00 per item.
As Consignor, you will receive 50% of the final listed price. Pricing is done by Lady Di’s Classy Exchange and is based on second market value along with supply/demand. Items are priced to sell. Periodic markdowns and sales are done at the discretion of Lady Di’s Classy Exchange. Pay-outs are available once a month for items that sold during the previous month. Consignor has a payment option of either cash, check or store credit. Please call to request a check for pick up. If requested, Lady Di’s Classy Exchange will mail your check(s) to you.

Privacy Policy When you visit our Site and make a purchase, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number. We use this information to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this order information to communicate with you and screen our orders for potential risk or fraud. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc) will not be stored on our servers. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
